A deposit for the luncheon is equal to the price of two attendees.
The luncheon requires a minimum of ten participants.  If the requirement is met, the remainder of attendees may pay on the day of the event.
If the event must be cancelled, please do so at least one week in advance for a full refund of the deposit.
If the attendance requirement is not met on the day of the event, the deposit will be used to pay for those absent.
